Gevnius is operated by GEVNIUS LLC. In these terms, "Gevnius", "we", "us", and "our" mean GEVNIUS LLC.

These terms apply to your use of the Gevnius app and account. Paddle terms, Paddle checkout disclosures, and Paddle receipts apply to Paddle-processed purchases, tax, invoices, payment handling, and payment-related buyer support.

If there is a conflict about the amount you authorize for a purchase, the final Paddle checkout screen and Paddle confirmation control the amount charged, subject to mandatory law.

Gevnius is an AI-assisted source-check service. You enter what you want to check and the source name or link you found. Gevnius reviews available information and returns a structured recommendation, score, summary, practical next steps, and evidence links you can review.

Gevnius helps you decide what to verify before you trust or use a source. Gevnius does not buy, sell, broker, authenticate, inspect, ship, escrow, or guarantee third-party products, sellers, websites, listings, or services.

Gevnius uses email sign-in with one-time verification codes and may also offer Google sign-in. You must use an email address or Google account you control and keep that account secure.

If you choose Google sign-in, Google handles the Google account authentication step and sends Gevnius the verified email address needed to create or access your account.

Signing out from settings ends Gevnius sessions for your account across devices. For account-specific help, contact us from the email registered to your Gevnius account whenever possible.

You must be at least 13 to use Gevnius. If you are under the age at which you can independently agree to these terms in your location, you may use Gevnius only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who reviews and agrees to these terms for you where required. A paid subscription may be purchased only by someone legally able to enter the purchase or with valid permission from a parent or legal guardian. If local law requires a higher minimum age or additional parental authorization for account access or personal-data processing, that requirement applies.

Free includes 3 source-check credits per month. Golden includes 100 source-check credits per month and the four plan benefits shown in settings: Deeper Checks, Faster Answers, Better Accuracy, and More Details. These benefits use broader analysis, prioritized processing, and more detailed result presentation, but they do not guarantee a particular response time or outcome.

Golden is currently offered at USD 9.99 per month, excluding applicable tax. The app may display USD 99.99 struck through, USD 9.99, and Save 90% together as a promotional price comparison for Golden. The comparison uses USD 99.99 as the standard monthly list price for Golden and USD 9.99 as the current promotional checkout price. The Save 90% label is calculated from those pre-tax monthly prices and may be rounded. The comparison is not a separate charge, additional fee, countdown, or a claim that every customer previously paid USD 99.99. Unless a separate end date is shown, it is not a limited-time claim. Paddle checkout controls the amount you authorize, including applicable tax, and future subscription price changes apply only after any notice or consent required by law.

A completed source check uses 1 credit. If a check fails before returning a result, Gevnius attempts to restore the credit automatically. Credits reset monthly, have no cash value, and do not carry over unless Gevnius expressly says otherwise.

Paddle acts as merchant of record for checkout and processes Gevnius payment collection, subscription billing, invoices, tax calculation, refunds, and payment-related buyer support.

Golden is a recurring monthly subscription and renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel from Gevnius settings or through Paddle buyer support. After cancellation, Golden stays active until the end of the current paid billing period, then your account returns to Free.

Renewal, refund, withdrawal, and cancellation rights may vary by location. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Before you buy, checkout should show the plan, renewal interval, amount due, applicable tax, and payment details. After purchase, Paddle should provide a confirmation or receipt that can be retained and that includes payment and subscription information.

If the recurring subscription price changes in the future, the new price applies only as shown at checkout, through Paddle subscription terms, or after any notice or consent required by applicable law.

Gevnius results are recommendations, not guarantees. Available information can be incomplete, outdated, misleading, or unavailable. You remain responsible for checking important details before paying, sharing personal information, relying on a source, or making a high-value decision.

Processing time and result quality vary by request, source availability, demand, and third-party services. Faster answers are a product goal, not a guaranteed response time. Results may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.

Gevnius is not legal, financial, safety, medical, tax, investment, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for the source names, links, questions, and other content you submit. You grant Gevnius permission to process that content only as needed to operate the service, generate results, protect against abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, confidential documents, or other sensitive information that is not needed for a source check.

Gevnius, including its software, interface, designs, prompts, workflows, trademarks, and service content, belongs to GEVNIUS LLC or its licensors. Your source-check inputs remain yours, but you must have the rights needed to submit them.

You may use individual source-check results for your own personal or internal business evaluation. You may not resell, bulk publish, scrape, benchmark, or use results to build a competing service without written permission.

You may use Gevnius only for lawful source-checking and account purposes.

• Do not use Gevnius to break laws, deceive people, or evade platform rules.
• Do not submit content you do not have permission to use.
• Do not submit malware, malicious code, or another person's confidential information.
• Do not overload, scrape, reverse engineer, copy, or interfere with the service.
• Do not try to bypass credits, subscriptions, rate limits, security checks, or account controls.
• Do not use Gevnius results as proof that a source is safe, official, authentic, or guaranteed.

You can request account deletion from settings only when you do not have a Golden subscription that is active, trialing, paused, past due, or continuing through a paid billing period, and no checkout or payment is still in progress. Deletion is scheduled with a 7-day grace period. Signing in again before the deletion date cancels the request.

Some records may remain when needed for payment records, legal obligations, security, dispute handling, or abuse prevention.

Gevniusis provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not promise that every source check will be correct, complete, available, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific decision.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Gevnius is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, third-party, purchase, seller, listing, service, or reliance losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to Gevnius for the service giving rise to the claim in the previous 3 months or USD 100, unless mandatory law requires more.

We may update Gevnius, change features, adjust limits, suspend abusive activity, or pause access when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, payment issues, or product improvements. We aim to keep paid access available, but online services may sometimes be interrupted.

These terms and disputes between you and GEVNIUS LLC are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in the Republic of Armenia have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law permits you to bring a claim in another court or gives you protections that cannot be changed by agreement. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of your usual place of residence. Disputes concerning a Paddle-processed payment or Paddle's services are also subject to the governing-law and dispute provisions in the applicable Paddle buyer terms.

Before starting formal proceedings, please email support@gevnius.com with a description of the dispute. You and Gevnius should then try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days, unless urgent relief is needed or mandatory law permits either party to proceed sooner.

We may update these terms as the service, providers, laws, or business model change. The posted Last updated date shows when the page was last changed. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription or requires notice by law, we will provide notice in a way reasonably suited to the change.
