Terms and Conditions
These terms explain the Gevnius service, account access, credits, subscriptions, cancellation, refunds, and the limits of source-check recommendations.
Who we are
Gevnius is operated by GEVNIUS LLC. In these terms, "Gevnius", "we", "us", and "our" mean GEVNIUS LLC.

What Gevnius provides
Gevnius is an AI-assisted source-check service. You enter what you want to check and the source name or link you found. Gevnius reviews available information and returns a structured recommendation, score, summary, and next steps.
Gevnius helps you decide what to verify before you trust or use a source. Gevnius does not buy, sell, broker, authenticate, inspect, ship, escrow, or guarantee third-party products, sellers, websites, listings, or services.
Account access
Gevnius uses email sign-in with one-time verification codes. You must use an email address you control and keep that email account secure.
Signing out from settings ends Gevnius sessions for your account across devices. For account-specific help, contact us from the email registered to your Gevnius account whenever possible.
Plans, credits, and pricing
Free includes 3 source-check credits per month. Golden includes 100 source-check credits per month and the four plan benefits shown in settings: Deeper Checks, Faster Answers, Better Accuracy, and More Details. These benefits use broader analysis, prioritized processing, and more detailed result presentation, but they do not guarantee a particular response time or outcome.
Golden is currently USD 9.99 per month, excluding applicable tax. Paddle shows any applicable tax during checkout before payment.
A completed source check uses 1 credit. If a check fails before returning a result, Gevnius attempts to restore the credit automatically. Credits reset monthly, have no cash value, and do not carry over unless Gevnius expressly says otherwise.
Payments and subscriptions
Paddle processes Gevnius checkout, payment collection, subscription billing, invoices, tax calculation, and payment-related buyer support.
Golden renews monthly until canceled. You can cancel from Gevnius settings or through Paddle buyer support. After cancellation, Golden stays active until the end of the current paid billing period, then your account returns to Free.
Using source-check results
Gevnius results are recommendations, not guarantees. Available information can be incomplete, outdated, misleading, or unavailable. You remain responsible for checking important details before paying, sharing personal information, relying on a source, or making a high-value decision.
Processing time and result quality vary by request, source availability, demand, and third-party services. Faster answers are a product goal, not a guaranteed response time. Results may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.
Gevnius is not legal, financial, safety, medical, tax, investment, or other professional advice.
Acceptable use
You may use Gevnius only for lawful source-checking and account purposes.
- Do not use Gevnius to break laws, deceive people, or evade platform rules.
- Do not submit content you do not have permission to use.
- Do not overload, scrape, reverse engineer, copy, or interfere with the service.
- Do not try to bypass credits, subscriptions, rate limits, security checks, or account controls.
- Do not use Gevnius results as proof that a source is safe, official, authentic, or guaranteed.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion from settings when you do not have an active Golden subscription. Deletion is scheduled with a 7-day grace period. Signing in again before the deletion date cancels the request.
Some records may remain when needed for payment records, legal obligations, security, dispute handling, or abuse prevention.
Refunds and support
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, Paddle policy, and applicable law. For help, email support@gevnius.com.
Service changes
We may update Gevnius, change features, adjust limits, suspend abusive activity, or pause access when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, payment issues, or product improvements. We aim to keep paid access available, but online services may sometimes be interrupted.
